Black Friday Promotion - Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The host and promoter of the Promotion is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343), a company registered in England with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”). - Promotion Overview
This Black Friday, Runna invites customers to “Give a Gift That Goes the Distance” by purchasing a Runna Gift Card (3, 6, or 12 months) and receiving a free gift with purchase.
The Promotion aims to reward eligible customers who purchase qualifying gift cards during the Promotional Period, as set out below.
- Promotional Period
The Promotion opens on Friday 28 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Monday 2 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
Runna may, in its sole discretion, extend or shorten the Promotional Period. Purchases made outside of this period will not qualify for the Promotion. - Eligibility
The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over and residing in the United Kingdom, the United States, or the European Union.
EU customers may be subject to customs or import fees on apparel items, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. - Qualifying Purchases and Free Gifts
During the Promotional Period, customers who make qualifying purchases of Runna Gift Cards will be entitled to receive one of the following free gifts (the “Free Gift”):
a. Purchase of a 12-Month Gift Card → Free Runna Long Sleeve Training top or Rest Day Tee
b. Purchase of a 6-Month Gift Card → Free Pair of Runna Training Socks, Runna Rest Day Cap, or Runna Headband
c. Purchase of 2 × 12-Month Gift Cards → Free Runna Everyday Hoodie
The Free Gift options are subject to availability, and Runna will not substitute items if those included in the deal become out of stock or becomes unavailable.
6. How to Redeem
When adding an eligible 6 or 12-month Runna Gift Card or two 12-month Gift Cards to the online basket during the Promotional Period, a pop-up will appear on the Runna website prompting the customer to select their Free Gift.
Customers must select their Free Gift at the time of purchase to qualify.
If no selection is made during checkout, reach out to Runna to provide a Free Gift retrospectively while stock lasts.
7. Additional Terms
a. Free Gifts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
b. Free Gifts are for personal use only and may not be resold.
c. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
d. In the event of any technical fault, error, or unforeseen circumstance that affects the operation of the Promotion, Runna reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer without prior notice.
e. Runna’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
8. Delivery and Fulfilment
a. Delivery - Free Gifts will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout and will be paid for by customers. EU customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties on apparel items, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
b. Returns Policy - We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it-unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
US & Global Returns:
Please include your order number inside the package and return it to the following address:

Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer exchanges.
Damages and Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

- Liability
Runna will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or the use of any Free Gift, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes Runna’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. - Data Protection
Runna will process your personal data solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at runna.com. - Contact Information
