Competition Terms – Fast to First Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstake”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The hosts and promoters of the Sweepstake are The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343), a company registered in England with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”) and Strava, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Strava”), together being (the “Strava Group”).
  1. The winner of the Sweepstake will receive the following (the “Prize Bundle”):
    1. 12-month Runna subscription
    2. 12-month Strava subscription
    3. GPS Running Watch of your choice - up to the value of £400
    4. 3 x pairs of running shoes of your choice - up to the value of £500
    5. Shoe Dog book by Phil Knight
    6. Oakley sunglasses - up to the value of £200
    7. Silva running headlight
    8. Salomon running headband, hydration vest & buff
    9. £100 to spend on Nike Running Outfit & Reflective Jacket
    10. Yeti flask

  1. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundle is £3,300 (approx. $4,200 USD). All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specifically listed herein as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and you are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your state and country).
  1. If any part of the Prize Bundle (including specific brands, models, or items) is unavailable or cannot be shipped to the winner’s country or region due to supplier restrictions, local laws, or logistical limitations, the Strava Group reserves the right to substitute that item with an alternative of equivalent type and value. the Strava Group will make reasonable efforts to ensure the substitute is of similar quality, functionality, and brand standard, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
  1. The Prize Bundle is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  1. By entering the Sweepstake, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  1. The Sweepstake is open to all residents worldwide who are aged 18 and over, except for residents of the states of New York, Rhode Island and Florida or where otherwise prohibited by law. The Sweepstake is not open to employees and ambassadors of the Strava Group and their immediate families, as well as any other persons professionally connected with the Sweepstake.  
  1. The Sweepstake is open from 30 May 2025 and will close at 23:59 (UK time) on 13 June 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). However, the Strava Group may extend the promotion at its discretion. Late entries will not be accepted.
  1. To enter the Sweepstake, you must complete the following during the Promotional Period (or submit a valid entry via the no-purchase alternative method below):
    1. Like the giveaway post on Instagram
    2. Tag a running friend in the comments
    3. Follow both the Runna and Strava instagram accounts
    4. Share the giveaway post to your story and tag Runna
  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.  A purchase of a subscription or merchandise from the Strava Group will not increase your chances of winning.  
  2. To enter without using Instagram, send an email to support@runna.com with your full name, age, country of residence, and “The Biggest Running Giveaway” in the subject line. This method of entry is equally valid and will be treated the same as social media entries.
  1. The winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.
  1. The winner will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via email or direct message. If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
  1. The Strava Group may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Strava Group may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Sweepstake without prior notice.
  1. The Strava Group may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive. The Strava Group may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Sweepstake.
  1. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Sweepstake, the decision of the Strava Group shall be final.
  1. The Strava Group will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
  2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.  However, for US residents, this promotion is subject to US federal and state sweepstake laws.  By entering, entrants agree to abide by all applicable laws.
