These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) outline the process and rules governing the selection of participants (“Applicants”) for the Runna and lululemon community ambassador (“the Programme”). By submitting an application via the official Typeform, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
The promoter of this application and selection process is The Run Buddy Ltd (“Runna”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 13135343 and registered office at Tintagel House, Vauxhall, London.
This process is in collaboration with lululemon atheltica UK ltd, a private limited company with company number 07655911 and registered address at Mezzanine Level, 80 Strand, London, WC2R 0DT (“lululemon”).
1. Eligibility
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over at the time of submission.
- Applicants must hold a confirmed place in the 2026 TCS London Marathon (ballot, charity, or other official entry type) and be able to provide proof of entry upon request.
- Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in their application.
- Runna and/or lululemon reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any applicant at any stage, including confirmation of marathon entry status.
2. Application Process
- Applications must be submitted via the official Typeform by 5th November.
- Submissions received after the deadline or through alternative methods will not be considered.
- By applying, you consent to Runna contacting you via email (francesca@runna.com) regarding your application, eligibility verification, and the selection process.
3. Selection Criteria
Applications will be reviewed based on a range of qualitative factors, including but not limited to:
- Strength, authenticity, and uniqueness of the applicant’s personal running story.
- Alignment with Runna and lululemon’s brand ethos and values.
- Potential to inspire, educate, or motivate the Runna and lululemon community.
- Diversity of experiences, backgrounds, and representation.
Selection decisions are made at Runna’s and lululemon’s sole discretion.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 15minute interview to discuss their story in more detail.
Being shortlisted or interviewed does not guarantee final selection.
4. Interviews
- Interviews will be conducted virtually with a member of the Runna and lululemon team.
- Applicants agree to participate in the interview process in good faith and provide truthful responses.
5. Use of Information
- Information submitted through the application may be used to assess suitability for the Programme.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with Runna’s Privacy Policy and lululemon’s Privacy Policy.
- Selected applicants will be required to provide explicit consent before any story, image, video, or likeness is used publicly.
6. Confidentiality
- All communications during the application and interview process are confidential.
- Applicants must not disclose details of the process, questions, or selection decisions without Runna’s written consent.
7. No Obligation
- Runna and lululemonare not obligated to select any applicant or to feature any submitted story.
- Runna reserves the right to cancel, amend, or terminate the selection process or Programme at any time without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
- By submitting an application, you confirm that your story and materials are original and do not infringe any third-party rights.
- If selected, you grant Runna and lululemon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and share your story, images, or related materials for marketing and promotional purposes (subject to your consent at the time of use).
- If not selected, Runna does not have the rights to use, reproduce, distribute, and share your story.
9. Liability
- Applicants participate at their own risk. Participants are responsible for all elements of the process other than those listed above, including access to the internet.
- Runna and/or lululemon accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the selection process or the Programme.
- Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically able to participate in marathon training and the London Marathon 2026 itself.
11. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
