Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
   
   
   
   1. The host of this promotion is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).
2. Promotion
   
   
   
   1. This promotion (the "Promotion") provides that any Eligible User who Refers a Friend to Runna shall receive a Runna Apparel Gift Card valued at £10 redeemable on Runna Apparel (each instance of this being a “Referral”). 
      
      
      
      1. "Eligible User" means any current Runna user aged over 18;
      2. "Eligible User Code" means the shareable code which is specific to each Eligible User;
      3. "Friend" mean anyone aged over 18 who is not a current or former paying user of Runna;
      4. “Runna Apparel Gift Card” means a digital voucher issued by Runna, representing a monetary value of £10 that can be redeemed solely for purchases of Runna Apparel, subject to the applicable sales terms and conditions of such items;
      5. "Runna Apparel" shall mean stock, clothing, and items available here; and
      6. "Refers" occurs when a Friend of an Eligible User has converted to a paid subscription of Runna at the standard rate following the two week free trial period having inputted the Eligible User Code when setting up their Runna account.
   2. The Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

3. Conditions of the Promotion

1. Each Eligible User shall receive Runna Apparel Gift Cards pursuant to this Promotion.
   
   
2. Each Runna Apparel Gift Card is valid for one-time use only. If the value of the Gift Card is not fully redeemed in a single transaction, the remaining balance will not be carried over. However, Eligible Users may contact Runna customer support for assistance if they encounter issues in using the full value of their Gift Card.
   
   
3. A maximum total reward cap applies: each Eligible User may earn up to £500 (or equivalent in local currency) in Runna Apparel Gift Cards under this Promotion, equivalent to a maximum of 50 successful Referrals.
   
   
4. Postage and delivery fees for Runna Apparel purchased using Runna Apparel Gift Card shall still apply if the individual order of the Runna Apparel is under the free postage threshold for a customer's region.
   
   
5. Custom postage and delivery fees shall apply if the delivery address for Runna Apparel purchased using Runna Apparel Gift Card is outside the US or UK. Such postage and delivery fees shall be calculated according to each country.
   
   
6. The Promotion is subject to the availability of Runna Apparel.
   
   
7. Runna can only fulfil orders to countries where delivery is possible. If Runna is unable to ship to a specific country, the Gift Card cannot be used, and no alternative compensation will be offered.
   
   
8. No substitutions, exchanges, refunds, or customisations of the Runna Apparel will be permitted under this Promotion.
   
   
9. Customers may use a maximum of 5 discount codes per order, due to Shopify platform restrictions.

4. Exclusions

3. Items of the Runna Apparel or the Runna Apparel Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash or any other product or service.
4. Runna reserves the right to disqualify purchases that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made in violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

5. Runna will not be held liable for:
   
   
   
   1. Delays, losses, or damages arising from the delivery of items from the Runna Apparel caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond its reasonable control;
   2. Any technical or system errors during the purchase or redemption process;
   3. Any incompatibility or defects in the Runna Apparel.
6. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the negligence of Runna.
7. Runna does not accept any liability for technical failures, system errors, or interruptions (including, without limitation, those affecting the availability, functionality, or performance of the Runna App or Promotion redemption process, or Eligible User Code) that may occur during your use of the Promotion. This includes any issues arising from network connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party software integrations.
8. Runna is not responsible for, and expressly exclude liability arising from, the distribution, misuse, or miscommunication of the Eligible User Code by any Eligible Users or otherwise.
9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runna excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion including but not limited to any delay or inability to access the Runna app or services following a Referral, any loss of enjoyment, anticipated savings, or benefit from the Promotion; or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Runna.

6. General Provisions

10. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they have read and understood them.
12. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
