1. Introduction
   
   
   
   1. The host of this promotion is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).
2. Promotion
   
   
   
   1. This promotion (the "Promotion") provides that any Eligible User who Refers a Friend to Runna shall receive a Runna Apparel Gift Card valued at £10 redeemable on Runna Apparel (each instance of this being a “Referral”). 
      
      
      
      1. "Eligible User" means any current Runna user aged over 18;
      2. "Eligible User Code" means the shareable code which is specific to each Eligible User;
      3. "Friend" mean anyone aged over 18 who is not a current or former paying user of Runna;
      4. “Runna Apparel Gift Card” means a digital voucher issued by Runna, representing a monetary value of £10 that can be redeemed solely for purchases of Runna Apparel, subject to the applicable sales terms and conditions of such items;
      5. "Runna Apparel" shall mean stock, clothing, and items available here; and
      6. "Refers" occurs when a Friend of an Eligible User has converted to a paid subscription of Runna at the standard rate following the two week free trial period having inputted the Eligible User Code when setting up their Runna account.
   2. The Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

3. Conditions of the Promotion

1. Each Eligible User shall receive Runna Apparel Gift Cards pursuant to this Promotion.
   
   
2. Each Runna Apparel Gift Card is valid for one-time use only. If the value of the Gift Card is not fully redeemed in a single transaction, the remaining balance will not be carried over. However, Eligible Users may contact Runna customer support for assistance if they encounter issues in using the full value of their Gift Card.
   
   
3. A maximum total reward cap applies: each Eligible User may earn up to £500 (or equivalent in local currency) in Runna Apparel Gift Cards under this Promotion, equivalent to a maximum of 50 successful Referrals.
   
   
4. Postage and delivery fees for Runna Apparel purchased using Runna Apparel Gift Card shall still apply if the individual order of the Runna Apparel is under the free postage threshold for a customer's region.
   
   
5. Custom postage and delivery fees shall apply if the delivery address for Runna Apparel purchased using Runna Apparel Gift Card is outside the US or UK. Such postage and delivery fees shall be calculated according to each country.
   
   
6. The Promotion is subject to the availability of Runna Apparel.
   
   
7. Runna can only fulfil orders to countries where delivery is possible. If Runna is unable to ship to a specific country, the Gift Card cannot be used, and no alternative compensation will be offered.
   
   
8. No substitutions, exchanges, refunds, or customisations of the Runna Apparel will be permitted under this Promotion.
   
   
9. Customers may use a maximum of 5 discount codes per order, due to Shopify platform restrictions.

4. Exclusions

3. Items of the Runna Apparel or the Runna Apparel Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash or any other product or service.
4. Runna reserves the right to disqualify purchases that are incomplete, fraudulent, or made in violation of these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

5. Runna will not be held liable for:
   
   
   
   1. Delays, losses, or damages arising from the delivery of items from the Runna Apparel caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond its reasonable control;
   2. Any technical or system errors during the purchase or redemption process;
   3. Any incompatibility or defects in the Runna Apparel.
6. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the negligence of Runna.
7. Runna does not accept any liability for technical failures, system errors, or interruptions (including, without limitation, those affecting the availability, functionality, or performance of the Runna App or Promotion redemption process, or Eligible User Code) that may occur during your use of the Promotion. This includes any issues arising from network connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party software integrations.
8. Runna is not responsible for, and expressly exclude liability arising from, the distribution, misuse, or miscommunication of the Eligible User Code by any Eligible Users or otherwise.
9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runna excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion including but not limited to any delay or inability to access the Runna app or services following a Referral, any loss of enjoyment, anticipated savings, or benefit from the Promotion; or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Runna.

6. General Provisions

10. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they have read and understood them.
12. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

Competition Terms – Paris Marathon Entry Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”)

1. The host and promoter of the Prize Draw is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).
2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive the following (the “Prize Bundle”): 

a. 1 entry to the Paris Marathon 2026;

b. Reimbursement of up to £500 for hotel accommodation costs actually incurred during participation in the Paris Marathon. The reimbursement is subject to the following conditions:

i. The hotel stay must correspond to the dates of the Paris Marathon; and

ii. Receipts must be provided to claim the reimbursement.

c. Reimbursement of up to £600 for flights to Paris for participation in the Paris Marathon. The reimbursement is subject to the following conditions:

i. Flights must be booked for travel dates that align with participation in the Paris Marathon; and

ii. Receipts must be provided to claim the reimbursement.

d. 1 pair of high performance running shoes featuring carbon fibre plates (e.g. carbon shoes) of                     your choice up to the value of £200.

e. Full Runna kit (top, shorts, socks – winner’s size & style).

3. The Prize Bundle is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. You are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your country).
4. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundle is £1,545 (approx. $2,033 USD). All forex, federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specifically listed herein as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and you are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your state and country).
5. If any part of the Prize Bundle (including specific brands, models, or items) is unavailable or cannot be shipped to the winner’s country or region due to supplier restrictions, local laws, or logistical limitations, Runna reserves the right to substitute that item with an alternative of equivalent type and value. Runna will make reasonable efforts to ensure the substitute is of similar quality, functionality and brand standard, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
6. By participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that you have read and understood them.
7. The Prize Draw is open to all residents worldwide who are aged 18 and over, except for residents of the states of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida, or where otherwise prohibited by law. The Prize Draw is not open to employees and ambassadors of Runna and their immediate families, as well as any other persons professionally connected with the Sweepstake.
8. The Prize Draw is open from 26 November 2025  and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 24 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion. Late entries will not be accepted.
9. To enter the Prize Draw, you must make a Referral to Runna or, alternatively, enter using the alternative method below.  A Referral occurs when a Friend of an Eligible User has converted to a paid subscription of Runna at the standard rate following the two week free trial period having inputted the Eligible User Code when setting up their Runna account.  For the purposes of this clause: 
   
   • “Eligible User” means any current Runna user aged over 18; 
   • “Eligible User Code” means the shareable code which is specific to each Eligible User;
   • “Friend” means anyone aged over 18 who is not a current or former paying user of Runna. 
10. All Referrals must occur during the Promotional Period. 
11. 1 Referral is 1 entry to the Prize Draw.  There is no limit to the number of Referrals or entries to the Prize Draw that you can make. 
12. To enter without making a Referral as set out above, send an email to support@runna.com with your full name, age, country of residence, and “Paris Marathon Entry Giveaway” in the subject line. This method of entry is equally valid and will be treated the same as entries made through making a Referral. 
13. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw. A purchase of a subscription or merchandise from Runna is not required or expected and will not increase your chances of winning.  Entries made by the free email method above are equally valid and treated the same as entries made through making a Referral.   
14. The winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.  The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.
15. The winner will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via email.  If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
16. The Paris Marathon entry is subject to respective terms and conditions of its event organiser.
17. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, transportation, and other incidentals, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  The winner:
    
    • is responsible for making all necessary arrangements for travel and accommodation related to participation in the Paris Marathon;
    • agrees to wear the Runna kit during the Paris Marathon; and must comply with the rules and regulations of the Paris Marathon.
18. Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Runna may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw without prior notice.
19. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive.  Runna may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw.

21. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Prize Draw, the decision of Runna shall be final.
22. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.

24. Runna does not accept any liability for technical failures, system errors, or interruptions (including, without limitation, those affecting the availability, functionality, or performance of the Runna App or Prize Draw process) that may occur during your use of the Prize Draw. This includes any issues arising from network connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party software integrations.
25. Runna is not responsible for, and expressly exclude liability arising from, the distribution, misuse, or miscommunication of this Prize Draw by any Eligible Users or otherwise.
26. Participation in marathon training and a marathon event itself involves inherent risks of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runna shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by the winner arising out of or in connection with the winner’s preparation for, travel to, or participation in the marathon, except where such loss arises from Runna’s gross negligence or fraud. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate and for complying with all event rules, safety instructions and applicable laws. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude Runna’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
27. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runna excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw including but not limited to any delay or inability to access the Runna app or services, any loss of enjoyment, anticipated savings, or benefit from the Prize Draw; or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Runna.
28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
