  1. はじめに
    1. このプロモーションの主催者は、イングランドで登録されたThe Run Buddy Ltd (会社番号13135343) (「Runna」) であり、登録事務所は71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQにあります。
  2. プロモーション
    1. このプロモーション (「本プロモーション」) では、Runnaに友達を紹介 (各事例を「紹介」と言います) したRunnaの対象ユーザーに対し、Runna Apparelで利用可能な£10相当のRunna Apparelギフトカードが贈呈されます。 


      1. 「対象ユーザー」とは、18歳以上の現在のRunnaユーザーを指します。
      2. 「対象ユーザーコード」とは、各対象ユーザーに固有の共有可能なコードを指します。
      3. 「友達」とは、18歳以上で、現在または過去にRunnaの有料ユーザーではない人を指します。
      4. 「Runna Apparelギフトカード」とは、Runnaによって発行された£10の金額を示すデジタルバウチャーであり、Runna Apparelの購入にのみ利用できるものを指します。当該アイテムの購入には、適用可能な販売条件および利用規約が適用されます。
      5. 「Runna Apparel」とは、こちらで入手可能な在庫、衣料、およびアイテムを指します。
      6. 「紹介」は、Runnaの対象ユーザーの友達がRunnaアカウント設定時に対象ユーザーコードを入力し、2週間の無料トライアル期間後に標準料金でRunnaの有料サブスクリプションに移行したときに発生します。
    2. 本プロモーションは、ここに記載された利用規約に従って提供されます。

3. プロモーションの条件

  1. 各対象ユーザーは、本プロモーションに従ってRunna Apparelギフトカードを受け取ります。

  2. 各Runna Apparelギフトカードは一度だけの使用に限り有効です。 ギフトカードの価値が一度の取引で完全に利用されなかった場合、残額は繰り越されません。 ただし、対象ユーザーは、ギフトカードの全額を使用する際に問題が発生した場合、Runnaカスタマーサポートに連絡し、サポートを求めることができます。

  3. 最大合計報酬の上限が適用されます。各対象ユーザーは、本プロモーションにおいて、最大£500分のRunna Apparelギフトカードを獲得することができ、これは有効な紹介50件分に相当します。

  4. 当該地域の送料無料条件に満たない注文の場合は、Runna Apparelギフトカードを使って購入されたRunna Apparelについても配送料および手数料が適用されます。

  5. Runna Apparelギフトカードを使って購入されたRunna Apparelの配達先住所が米国または英国外の場合、別途配送料および手数料が適用されます。 当該配送料および手数料は、それぞれの国に応じて算出されます。

  6. 本プロモーションは、Runna Apparelの在庫状況に応じて提供されます。

  7. Runnaでは、配送可能な国への注文のみに対応します。 Runnaが特定の国に発送できない場合、ギフトカードは使用できず、代替の補償も提供されません。

  8. 本プロモーションでは、Runna Apparelの代替、交換、返金、またはカスタマイズは認められません。

  9. Shopifyプラットフォームの制限により、1回の注文で使用できる割引コードは最大5つです。

4. 除外事項

  1. Runna Apparelの商品またはRunna Apparelギフトカードは、現金またはその他の商品やサービスと交換することはできません。
  2. Runnaは、不完全な、不正な、または本利用規約に違反して行われた購入を無効にする権利を有します。

5. 責任の制限

  1. Runnaは以下について責任を負いません。


    1. Runna Apparelからの商品配送において、第三者の配送業者に起因する、またはRunnaの合理的な管理を超えた要因により生じる遅延、損失、または損害。
    2. 購入または引換プロセス中に発生した技術的またはシステム上のエラー。
    3. Runna Apparelの不適合性または欠陥。
  2. 本利用規約のいかなる部分も、Runnaの過失によって引き起こされた死亡、人身傷害、詐欺に対する責任を除外するものではありません。
  3. Runnaは、本プロモーションの使用中に発生する可能性のある技術的な故障、システムエラー、または中断 (これには、Runnaアプリ、プロモーション引換プロセス、または対象ユーザーコードの利用可能性、機能性、または性能に影響を与えるものを含むが、これらに限定されません) に対して、いかなる責任も負いません。 これには、ネットワーク接続、デバイスの互換性、または第三者ソフトウェアの統合に起因する問題も含まれます。
  4. Runnaは、いかなる対象ユーザーまたはその他の者による対象ユーザーコードの配布、誤用、または誤送信に起因する責任を負わず、またそれらに関する一切の責任を明示的に除外します。
  5. 法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Runnaは、本プロモーションに起因または関連して生じる間接的、付随的、もしくは結果的な損失や損害に対するすべての責任を除外します。これには、紹介後のRunnaアプリやサービスへのアクセスの遅延、もしくは不能、本プロモーションの利用やそれから期待された節約や利益の損失、またはRunnaが提供する不正確もしくは不完全な情報への依存に起因する損失や損害が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

6. 一般規定

  1. Runnaは、事前の通知なしに、いつでも本プロモーションを変更、中断、または終了する権利を有します。
  2. 本プロモーションに参加することにより、お客様は、本利用規約に拘束されることに同意し、本規約を読み理解したことを確認したことになります。
  3. Runnaは、コンペティションを管理するため、弊社のプライバシーポリシー (こちら) に従って、お客様の個人情報を使用します。
  4. 本利用規約はイングランド法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとし、利用者はイングランドの裁判所の専属的管轄権に服することに同意するものとする。

Competition Terms – Sportshoes Voucher Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”)

  1. Introduction 
    1. The host and promoter of the Prize Draw is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at Birchin Court 5th Floor, 19-25 Birchin Lane, London, United Kingdom, EC3V 9DU (“Runna”).
  2. Promotion
    1. This promotion (the "Promotion") provides that a total of 10 winners of the Prize Draw will be selected and will receive a Gift Card.
      1. “Eligible User” means any current Runna user aged over 18; 
      2. “Eligible User Code” means the shareable code which is specific to each Eligible User;
      3. “Friend” mean anyone aged over 18 who is not a current or former paying user of Runna;
      4. “Gift Card” means a digital voucher representing a monetary value of £100 or $135 redeemable at Sportshoes, subject to the applicable sales terms and conditions of such items at those outlets including as set out here; and 
      5. “” occurs when a Friend of an Eligible User has converted to a paid subscription of Runna at the standard rate following the two week free trial period having inputted the Eligible User Code when setting up their Runna account.
    2. The Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. 
    3. The Promotion ends on 21st March 2026.
  3. Conditions of the Promotion
    1. Each Eligible User shall receive a maximum of 1 Gift Cards pursuant to this Promotion, irrespective of number of Referrals made.  
    2. Postage and delivery fees for any items purchased with the Gift Card shall be set by and payable to sportshoes
  4. Exclusions
    1. Runna reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, have made usage of referral code platforms, coupon website, or promo code aggregators (or similar), or made in violation of these terms and conditions.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    1. Runna will not be held liable for:
      1. Delays, losses, or damages arising from the delivery of items from the Outlets;
      2. Any technical or system errors during the purchase or redemption process;
      3. Any incompatibility or defects in the items purchased from the Outlets.
    2. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the negligence of Runna. 
    3. Runna does not accept any liability for technical failures, system errors, or interruptions (including, without limitation, those affecting the availability, functionality, or performance of the Runna App or Promotion redemption process, or Eligible User Code) that may occur during your use of the Promotion. This includes any issues arising from network connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party software integrations.
    4. Runna is not responsible for, and expressly exclude liability arising from, the distribution, misuse, or miscommunication of the Eligible User Code by any Eligible Users or otherwise. 
    5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runna excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion including but not limited to any delay or inability to access the Runna app or services following a Referral, any loss of enjoyment, anticipated savings, or benefit from the Promotion; or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Runna.
  6. General Provisions
    1. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. 
    2. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they have read and understood them.
    3. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
    4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
