Runna and Island Poké have teamed up to bring you a training run to get help you on your way to complete the London Marathon.
There will be an option to complete a 10k or 21k (half marathon) run along starting at Island Poke and running around Hyde Park.
If you are planning on running the 21k, meet at Island Poke Notting Hill for 9.45am where you will be able to leave your bags, meet friends and warm up ready to set off at 10am.
If you are going to run the 10k, feel free to arrive at the same time or allow yourself a little bit more of a lie in and arrive by 10:15am ready for a 10.30am start.
There will be three group leaders on the day covering all abilities so there really is something for everyone! This event is designed to boost your motivation and keep on track to smash to London Marathon.
Following the run, there will be a free poké bowl for everyone to enjoy. Super tasty and the ideal post run recovery fuel. What more could you want?!
