‍Competition Terms – Ultimate Marathon Training Competition (the “Sweepstake”)

1. The host and promoter of the Sweepstake is  [The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ OR Runna Incorporated (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in Delaware USA and has its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901] (“Runna”).
2. The winner of the Sweepstake will receive:

3. Up to £100 for Running Vest
4. Up to £20 for Running socks
5. Up to £300 for Runna Apparel
6. Up to £500 for Garmin / Apple watch
7. Up to £20 for Foam Roller
8. Up to £150 for Sunglasses
9. Up to £30 for Running Cap
10. Up to £30 for SPF 50
11. Up to £120 for Maurten solids, gels and drink mix
12. Up to £300 for Runna Apparel
13. Up to £15 for Chafe Balm
14. Up to £150 for Massage Gun
15. Up to £100 for Lightweight Jacket
16. Up to £30 for Running belt
17. Up to £150 for blender
    
    

3.  The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. 
4. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundle is £2415 (approx. $3255 USD). All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specifically listed herein as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and you are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your state and country).

5. If any part of the Prize Bundle (including specific brands, models, or items) is unavailable or cannot be shipped to the winner’s country or region due to supplier restrictions, local laws, or logistical limitations, the Strava Group reserves the right to substitute that item with an alternative of equivalent type and value. the Strava Group will make reasonable efforts to ensure the substitute is of similar quality, functionality, and brand standard, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

6. By entering the Sweepstake, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. The Sweepstake is open to all residents worldwide who are aged 18 and over, except for residents of the states of New York, Rhode Island and Florida or where otherwise prohibited by law.  The Sweepstake is not open to employees and ambassadors of Runna and their immediate families, as well as any other persons professionally connected with the Sweepstake.
8. The Sweepstake is open from 26th August 2026 and will close at [23:59] in the UK on September 9th 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
9. To enter the Sweepstake, you must do the following during the Promotional Period.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.

2. Tag a running friend in the comments
3. Follow Runna’s Instagram account

11. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.  A purchase of a subscription or merchandise from Runna will not increase your chances of winning.  

12. To enter without using Instagram, send an email to support@runna.com with your full name, age, country of residence, and Ultimate Marathon Training Competition in the subject line. This method of entry is equally valid and will be treated the same as social media entries.

13. The winner(s) will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.  The draw will take place no later than [fourteen (14) days] following the end of the Promotional Period.
14. The winner(s) will be notified within [five (5) days] of the draw via email.  If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
15. Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Runna may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Sweepstake without prior notice.
16. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive.  Runna may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Sweepstake.
17. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Sweepstake, the decision of Runna shall be final.
18. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
