Runna “Gift with Purchase” Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

  1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is organised and operated by The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ  (“Runna”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Offer Summary‍

  1. Customers who purchase either:
    1. a 12-month Runna subscription via Paddle; or
    2. a 12-month Runaway Subscription Gift Card,

between 14 August 2025 and 31 October 2025 (inclusive) will be entitled to receive one (1) free TeamRunna Tee or one (1) free Race Vest (the “Gift”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility Criteria

  1. This Offer is only open to:
    1. New annual subscribers to Runna; and
    2. Individuals with a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom or United States.
  1. The Offer is not available to:
    1. Existing annual subscribers (including those renewing a current subscription);
    2. Customers purchasing a monthly subscription; or
    3. Any purchases made through channels other than Paddle or the Runna subscription Gift Card platform.
  2. Limit of one (1) Gift per customer, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made during the Offer Period.

4. Offer Period

  1. The Offer commences on 14 August 2025 at 00:00 (BST) and ends on 31 October 2025 at 23:59 (BST) (“Offer Period”).
  1. Purchases made outside the Offer Period will not qualify for this Offer.

5. Gift Details

  1. The Gift will be either a TeamRunna Tee or a Race Vest, subject to availability of sizes, colours and stock.
  2. Items available in this offer are; Male Runna Singlet (white), Womens Runna Race Tank (white), Mens and Womens Long Sleeve Performance top, Lululemon Mens Long Sleeve, Lululemon Womens Long Sleeve, Runna Casual Tees, Strava + Runna Rest Day Tees
  1. Stock and size availability is not guaranteed.
  1. If no tops are available at the time of fulfilment, Runna reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a £30 voucher for the Runna Store.
  1. No cash or other alternative will be offered in place of the Gift, except at Runna’s sole discretion.
  1. The Gift (including any substituted voucher) is subject to Runna Store’s standard terms and conditions relating to products, delivery, returns and exchanges, which shall apply in full unless expressly stated otherwise in these Offer Terms.

6. Redemption and Fulfilment

  1. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
  2. This offer is available for UK & US customers. Orders outside of UK & US may be subject to customs charges which the customer is liable for - as stated on Runna website. 
  3. The Gift will be dispatched to the qualifying customer using the shipping details provided at the time of subscription purchase or gift card redemption.
  1. Delivery times may vary depending on location and stock availability.
  1. Runna will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Gift if caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Gift Card Purchases

  1. Gift Cards purchased as part of this Offer are non-refundable.
  1. Standard Gift Card terms and conditions apply in addition to these Offer terms.

8. General Conditions

  1. The cost of the qualifying subscription remains unchanged during the Offer.
  1. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, discounts or vouchers.
  1. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
  1. Any personal data provided in connection with this Offer will be processed in accordance with Runna’s Privacy Policy.
  1. Runna reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to withhold or withdraw the Gift if eligibility requirements are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  1. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice and without liability.
  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
