Runna “Gift with Purchase” Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions - New customers
- Promoter
a. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is organised and operated by The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
- Offer Summary
a. New customers who purchase:
i. a 12-month Runna subscription via Paddle with a free trial period; or
ii. a 12-month Runna subscription via Paddle without a free trial period;
between 22 October 2025 and 30 November 2025 (inclusive) will be eligible to receive one (1) free TeamRunna Tee or one (1) free Race Vest (the “Gift”), while supplies last and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility Criteria
a. This Offer is only open to:
i. New annual subscribers to Runna; and
ii. Individuals with a valid shipping address in the United Kingdom or United States.
b. The Offer is not available to:
i. Existing annual subscribers (including those renewing a current subscription);
ii. Customers purchasing a monthly subscription; or
iii. Any purchases made through channels other than Paddle.
c. Limit of one (1) Gift per customer, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made during the Offer Period.
- Offer Period
a. The Offer commences on 22 October 2025 at 00:00 (BST) and ends on 30 November 2025 at 23:59 (GMT) (“Offer Period”).
b. Purchases made outside the Offer Period will not qualify for this Offer.
- Gift Details
a. The Gift will be either a TeamRunna Tee or a Race Vest, subject to availability of sizes, colours and stock.
b. Items available in this offer are;
i. Runna Men’s Race Tank - White
ii. Runna Women’s Tank
iii. Runna Men’s Long Sleeve Training Top

c. Stock and size availability is not guaranteed.
d. If no tops are available at the time of fulfilment, Runna reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a £30 voucher for the Runna Store.
e. No cash or other alternative will be offered in place of the Gift, except at Runna’s sole discretion.
f. The Gift (including any substituted voucher) is subject to Runna Store’s standard Terms and Conditions relating to products, delivery, returns and exchanges, which shall apply in full unless expressly stated otherwise in these Offer Terms and Conditions.
- Redemption and Fulfilment
a. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for the Gift.
b. This offer is available for UK & US customers. Orders outside of UK & US may be subject to customs charges which the customer is liable for - as stated on Runna website.
c. The Gift will be dispatched to the qualifying customer using the shipping details provided at the time of subscription purchase or gift card redemption.
d. Delivery times may vary depending on location and stock availability.
e. Runna will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Gift if caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Subscription Purchases
a. Customers must remain an annual subscriber to Runna during the first 30 days of their subscription to remain eligible for the Gift.
b. If the subscription is cancelled or refunded within the first 30 day period, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Gift.
c. Standard subscription Terms and Conditions apply in addition to these Offer terms.
- General Conditions
a. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, discounts or vouchers.
b. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.
c. Any personal data provided in connection with this Offer will be processed in accordance with Runna’s Privacy Policy.
d. Runna reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to withhold or withdraw the Gift if eligibility requirements are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
e. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice and without liability.
f. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
g. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
