a. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is organised and operated by The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
- Offer Summary
a. New customers who purchase:
i. a 12-month Runna subscription via Paddle with a free trial period; or
ii. a 12-month Runna subscription via Paddle without a free trial period;
between 22 October 2025 and 30 November 2025 (inclusive) will be eligible to receive one (1) free TeamRunna Tee or one (1) free Race Vest (the “Gift”), while supplies last and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

f. The Gift (including any substituted voucher) is subject to Runna Store’s standard Terms and Conditions relating to products, delivery, returns and exchanges, which shall apply in full unless expressly stated otherwise in these Offer Terms and Conditions.

- Subscription Purchases
a. Customers must remain an annual subscriber to Runna during the first 30 days of their subscription to remain eligible for the Gift.
b. If the subscription is cancelled or refunded within the first 30 day period, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Gift.
c. Standard subscription Terms and Conditions apply in addition to these Offer terms.
