Beth competed at the Rio 2016 Olympics in the 10,000m before relocating to Leeds to pursue a career in Triathlon. Beth went on to win Gold at the European Championships and Bronze in the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022. More recently she set an unofficial road 5km World Record and has multiple World Triathlon Championship Series Medals. She is aiming to compete in the Paris Olympic Games 2024.

Beth is also a fully qualified Physics Teacher and taught in London for 3 years before going full time with sport. She has a degree in Physics from Loughborough University. As well as sport Beth enjoys cooking and long walks with her very energetic cocker spaniel Charlie.
