‍Wedstrijdvoorwaarden - Ultimate Trailrunning Giveaway (de "Sweepstake")

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all applicants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. THE ‘’PROMOTERS’’ and ‘‘TRIAL PROVIDER’’

PROMOTERS: Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4TZ & PepsiCo International Limited, 450 South Oak Way, Reading RG2 6UW.

TRIAL PROVIDER: The Run Buddy Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland) 18 years or over only, except:

A) employees of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary companies;

B) employees of agents or suppliers of the Runna trial or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are      professionally connected with the promotion or its administration;

or members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

  1. THE ‘’PROMOTION’’

3.1. The title of the Promotion is Lipton Kombucha – Free 2-week Runna Trial

‍3.2. The promotional period will open 09:00 on 12th January 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and run until 23:59 22nd February 2026 (the “Closing Date”).

3.3. The Free Trial Claim Period will open 09:00 on 12th January 2026 and close on 23:59 on 22nd March 2026. All claims received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.4. To enter, scan the QR code on in-store POS materials or visit https://web.runna.com/redeem?code=LIPTONX126 enter your details (full name, email address and card details) to claim your free 2-week trial with Runna. Max 1 x free 2-week trial code per person. Card details required, subscription auto renews at £15.99 per month or £99.99 per annum when trial ends. New Runna members only.

3.5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

3.6. Applicants who do not give correct details or those who make a trial claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

3.7. Any associated promotions run by retailers have different promotion dates, entry requirements and prizes or trial claims to the main Lipton Kombucha promotion.  

3.8. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter and claim.

  1. FREE 2-WEEK RUNNA TRIAL

4.1. During the Promotional Period, all valid applicants visit https://web.runna.com/redeem?code=LIPTONX126 and enter their details to claim a free 2-week Runna trial. Applicants must sign up/register to redeem the trial. 

4.2. Max 1 application/claim per person.  

4.3. New Runna members only. 

4.4. The code must be redeemed via the Runna app or via the Runna website.

4.5. On claiming 2-week free trial applicants will be required to choose either a rolling monthly subscription (£15.99 per month) or an annual subscription (£99.99 per annum) and enter their card details in order to start their 2-week free trial. Once the trial has ended, payment will automatically be taken for the subscription selected unless that subscription is cancelled before the trial period has ended.

4.6. Applicants who cancel their subscription before the trial period has ended will still receive the full 2-week free trial but will not have their use of their Runna subscription continued. They will also not be charged for the chosen subscription.

4.8. Subject to 8.1. the Promoter shall have no liability in relation to any trial provided by a third-party provider.

4.9. The free 2-week trial is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for an alternate reward or compensation in whole or in part.

4.10. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for applicants failing to supply accurate information to activate trial. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a applicant does not, or is not able to, take up their trial.

  1. PROMOTIONAL CODE

5.1. Upon visiting the trial claim page, consumers can access their code for the free 2-week trial, following which they must register with Runna to redeem.

5.2. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for applicants failing to supply accurate information to activate trial. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a applicant does not, or is not able to, take up their trial.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring in connection with this Promotion or as a result of taking up any reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause shall also apply in respect of any trial claim provided by a third-party provider, in this case Runna.

  1. DATA PROTECTION

7.1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely to administer this Promotion.

7.2. Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation (UK GDPR, DPA18). Applicant's personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with Runna’s Privacy Policies, which is available here: https://www.runna.com/en-gb/legal/privacy-policy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to support@runna.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described as part of the promotion.

7.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the applicant’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to issue a code or withdraw reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the applicant if the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion or otherwise where a applicant has gained unfair advantage in participating or been rewarded using fraudulent means, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the Promotion.

7.4. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), neither the Promoter nor the trial Providers will be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.  

7.5. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and are not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Neither the Promoter nor the Reward Providers, in this case Runna, will be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.  

7.6. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your claim/s (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any claim awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future application for a period of the promotion. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

A) Verify the eligibility of applicants and/or provisional claim recipients through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Application or claim may be withheld until verification is completed.

B) Disqualify applications that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. 

C) Disqualify application made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

D) Disqualify bulk applications from individuals, trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.  

E) Disqualify applications or claims beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

F) Disqualify applicants who tamper with the entry process.

G) Disqualify applicants which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions. 

H) Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

7.7. The codes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the codes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that reward for another of equal or greater value.

7.8. No responsibility can be taken for application or claim which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

7.9. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this or accepting or using the/a reward(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

7.10. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

7.11. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

7.12. By applying for a claim, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

7.13. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.  

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.  

7.14. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.15. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

    p. DJI Mini Drone - tot een waarde van £450
    q. SOAR Shorts - tot een waarde van £80
    r. ON T-shirt - tot een waarde van £50
    s. Bandit Long Sleeve - tot een waarde van £60
  3. De Prijs kan niet worden gerestitueerd, niet worden overgedragen en niet worden geruild, en er wordt geen alternatief in contanten aangeboden. Eventuele belastingen die op de Prijs worden geheven (voor zover deze van toepassing zijn in jouw land) zijn voor jouw rekening.
  4. De totale geschatte winkelwaarde (ARV) van de prijzenbundel is £2.150 (ongeveer $2.670 USD). Alle federale, staats- en lokale belastingen, en alle andere kosten en uitgaven die in deze voorwaarden niet specifiek worden vermeld als onderdeel van de Prijs, zijn uitsluitend voor rekening van de winnaar. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het betalen van eventuele belastingen die op de prijs worden geheven (voor zover deze van toepassing zijn in je regio en land).
  5. Als een onderdeel van het Prijzenpakket (waaronder specifieke merken, modellen of artikelen) niet beschikbaar is of niet naar het land of de regio van de winnaar kan worden verzonden vanwege beperkingen van leveranciers, lokale wetgeving of logistieke beperkingen, behoudt Runna zich het recht voor om dat artikel te vervangen door een alternatief van hetzelfde type en eenzelfde waarde. Runna zal redelijke inspanningen leveren om ervoor te zorgen dat het vervangende product van een vergelijkbare kwaliteit, functionaliteit en merk is. Exacte overeenkomsten kunnen echter niet worden gegarandeerd.
  6. Door mee te doen aan de Sweepstake geef je aan dat je akkoord gaat met deze voorwaarden.
  7. De Sweepstake staat open voor alle inwoners wereldwijd van 18 jaar en ouder, met uitzondering van inwoners van de staten New York, Rhode Island en Florida of waar dit anderszins wettelijk verboden is. De Sweepstake staat niet open voor medewerkers en ambassadeurs van Runna en hun naaste familie, evenals andere personen die professioneel verbonden zijn aan de Sweepstake.
  8. De Sweepstake is open vanaf 30 september 2025 en sluit op 14 oktober 2025 om 23:59 uur in het Verenigd Koninkrijk (de "Promotieperiode"). Runna kan de promotie echter naar eigen goeddunken verlengen. Inzendingen die na de Promotieperiode worden ingediend, komen niet in aanmerking voor de Prijstrekking.
  9. Om mee te doen aan de loterij moet je het bericht liken, iemand taggen in de comments en allebei @runna volgen tijdens de actieperiode. Er zijn geen inschrijfkosten of aankopen nodig om mee te doen aan deze Sweepstake.
  10. Er zijn geen inschrijfkosten of aankopen nodig om mee te doen aan deze Sweepstake. Het afsluiten van een abonnement bij of het kopen van merchandise van Runna vergroot je winkansen niet.
  11. Om mee te doen zonder Instagram te gebruiken, stuur je een e-mail naar support@runna.com met je volledige naam, leeftijd, land waar je woont en "Ultimate Trail Running Giveaway in de onderwerpregel. Deze manier van meedoen is net zo geldig en wordt hetzelfde behandeld als inzendingen via sociale media.
  12. De winnaar(s) wordt/worden willekeurig gekozen uit alle geldige inzendingen die zijn ontvangen tijdens de Promotieperiode. De trekking vindt plaats niet later dan veertien (14) dagen na het einde van de Promotieperiode.
  13. De winnaar(s) krijgen binnen vijf (5) na de trekking bericht via e-mail. Als een winnaar niet binnen vijf (5) dagen na deze kennisgeving reageert met een geldig adres (in een van de hierboven genoemde landen) of de prijs weigert, verliest deze persoon de Prijs en vindt er een nieuwe trekking plaats onder de resterende geldige inzendingen om een nieuwe winnaar te selecteren.
  14. Runna mag naar eigen goeddunken een alternatieve prijs aanbieden die eenzelfde waarde heeft. In het geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden of omstandigheden buiten haar redelijke controle, kan Runna deze Sweepstake ook zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving tijdelijk of permanent wijzigen of stopzetten.
  15. Runna mag inzendingen uitsluiten die zij, naar eigen goeddunken, als ongepast, ongerelateerd of aanstootgevend beschouwt. Runna kan ook inzendingen diskwalificeren als zij, naar eigen goeddunken, van mening is dat er een poging is gedaan om de Sweepstake te manipuleren of te knoeien.
  16. In het geval van een fout, vergissing, misverstand of geschil met betrekking tot de werking van enig onderdeel van de Sweepstake, is de beslissing van Runna bindend.
  17. Runna gebruikt je persoonlijke gegevens om de wedstrijd te beheren en in overeenstemming met ons Privacybeleid, dat je hier kunt vinden.
  18. Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met het Engelse recht en je gaat ermee akkoord je te onderwerpen aan de exclusieve jurisdictie van de rechtbanken in Engeland.
