Runna Competition Giveaway

The Host of this Competition is The Run Buddy Ltd. (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ) (the “Host”).

Er is geen inschrijfgeld en er is geen aankoop nodig om mee te doen aan deze wedstrijd.

Door deel te nemen aan de Wedstrijd geven deelnemers aan dat ze akkoord gaan met deze algemene voorwaarden en deze begrijpen.

De Wedstrijd staat niet open voor naaste familieleden van de Gastheer en hun partners, bedrijven of agenten (inclusief Strava), of andere personen die professioneel verbonden zijn aan de trekking.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

Inzendingen namens iemand anders worden niet geaccepteerd en gezamenlijke inzendingen zijn niet toegestaan. Onvolledige, onleesbare, verkeerd geadresseerde of te late inzendingen worden niet geaccepteerd.

To enter the Competition, participants must join and complete the Runna February 400 Minute Challenge (the “Challenge”) on Strava.

The Competition is open to entries from January 31st, 2025 at 12:01am and the closing date is March 6th, 2025 at 11:59pm (the “Entry Period”). De Organisator behoudt zich het recht voor om de openingstijd van de Wedstrijd te verlengen.

Every entrant that completes the Challenge will receive an email from Strava containing the below rewards:

  1. A digital finisher’s badge for their Trophy Case
  2. A 2-week free trial of Runna (new customers only)
  3. Entry into a giveaway to win one (1) pair of running shoes, (the “Prize”)

Twenty (20) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants who complete the challenge. Each winner will receive one (1) pair of running shoes. The retail value of the shoes shall be USD $150 or less. Shoe brand, model, size, and colour are subject to availability and determined by the Host at its sole discretion. 

The Prize will be communicated and organised through the Host and supplied within 1 month following the provision of the winner’s details.

The Host reserves the right to exclude any entries, in their sole discretion, considered to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive and to disqualify any entries if the Host, at their sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Competition.

In het geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden of omstandigheden die buiten haar redelijke macht liggen, behoudt de Organisator zich het recht voor om deze Wedstrijd zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving tijdelijk of definitief te wijzigen of stop te zetten.

De Organisator accepteert geen verantwoordelijkheid voor netwerk-, computer- of softwarefouten van welke aard dan ook en is niet verantwoordelijk voor verloren, vertraagde of verkeerd verstuurde inzendingen.

Entrants acknowledge that athletic activities (including, but not limited to, running, participating in the Challenge, or during the fulfilment of the Prize) carry certain inherent and significant risks of property damage, bodily injury or death. Entrants further agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law in their country of residence, to:

  1. voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities, even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction or negligence of the Host; and

  2. release the Host, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, employees, partners and licensors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with their athletic activities and/or participation in the Challenge and/or the fulfilment of the Prize and promise not to sue the Released Parties in connection with the same.

The Host is not liable for any accident, illness or other force majeure incidents during participation in the Competition or during the fulfilment of the Prize.

Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Host, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. Over de beslissingen van de Gastheer wordt niet gecorrespondeerd.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
