Sweepstakes Competition for Completion of Runna Cancellation Survey - Terms & Conditions

1. The host and promoter of the Sweepstake is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).

2. This sweepstake (the "Sweepstake") provides that any Runna user aged 18 or over (‘Eligible User”) who submits the Runna Cancellation Survey 2025/26 will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstake (each instance of this being an “Entry”). 
3. The winner of the Sweepstake will receive one (1)  $250 USD Amazon Voucher.
4. De Prijs kan niet worden gerestitueerd, niet worden overgedragen en niet worden geruild, en er wordt geen alternatief in contanten aangeboden. Eventuele belastingen die op de Prijs worden geheven (voor zover deze van toepassing zijn in jouw land) zijn voor jouw rekening.
5. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is $250 USD and is subject to currency exchange fluctuations that are beyond Runna’s control. Alle federale, staats- en lokale belastingen, en alle andere kosten en uitgaven die in deze voorwaarden niet specifiek worden vermeld als onderdeel van de Prijs, zijn uitsluitend voor rekening van de winnaar. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het betalen van eventuele belastingen die op de prijs worden geheven (voor zover deze van toepassing zijn in je regio en land).

6. The Sweepstake is open to all Eligible Users worldwide who are aged 18 and over, except for residents of the states of New York, Rhode Island and Florida or where otherwise prohibited by law or regulation.  The Sweepstake is not open to employees and ambassadors of Runna and their immediate families, as well as any other persons professionally connected with the Sweepstake.
7. To enter the Sweepstake, you must complete and submit the Runna Cancellation Survey 2025/26 or, alternatively, enter using the alternative method below. Door mee te doen aan de Sweepstake geef je aan dat je akkoord gaat met deze voorwaarden.
8. The Sweepstake will be drawn on a recurring monthly basis from all submissions correctly submitted during the previous month of the Sweepstake (each a “Sweepstake Period”):

• Sweepstake Period 1: Open from 1 November 2025 at 00:00 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 30 November 2025.
• Sweepstake Period 2: Open from 1 December 2025 at 00:00 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 31 December 2025.
• Sweepstake Period 3:Open from 1 January 2026 at 00:00 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 31 January 2026.
• Sweepstake Period 4: Open from 1 February 2026 at 00:00 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 28 February 2026.

9. One (1) submission is one (1) entry to the Sweepstake and there is a limit of a maximum of one (1) submission and entry to the Sweepstake per person.
10. To enter without submitting a response to the Runna Cancellation Survey 2025/26 as set out above, send an email to support@runna.com with your full name, age, country of residence, and “Sweepstakes for Runna Cancellation Survey” in the subject line. This method of entry is equally valid and will be treated the same as entries made through making a submission.
11. Er zijn geen inschrijfkosten of aankopen nodig om mee te doen aan deze Sweepstake. A purchase of a subscription or merchandise from Runna is not required and will not increase your chances of winning. Entries made by the free email method above are equally valid and treated the same as entries made through making a submission.
12. Add that incomplete, late, corrupted, or incompatible entries will be void.
13. The winner will be selected from all valid entries received during a Sweepstake Period using a randomised computer process or equivalent independent selection method. The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of each Sweepstake Period.
14. The winner will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via email. Als een winnaar niet binnen vijf (5) dagen na deze kennisgeving reageert met een geldig adres (in een van de hierboven genoemde landen) of de prijs weigert, verliest deze persoon de Prijs en vindt er een nieuwe trekking plaats onder de resterende geldige inzendingen om een nieuwe winnaar te selecteren.
15. Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value. 
16. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any relevant guidelines, regulation or law, inappropriate, unrelated or offensive. Runna kan ook inzendingen diskwalificeren als zij, naar eigen goeddunken, van mening is dat er een poging is gedaan om de Sweepstake te manipuleren of te knoeien.

18. In het geval van een fout, vergissing, misverstand of geschil met betrekking tot de werking van enig onderdeel van de Sweepstake, is de beslissing van Runna bindend.
19. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstake at any time without prior notice.
20. By participating in the Sweepstake, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they have read and understood them.
21. Runna will process your personal data to administer the Sweepstake and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
22. Runna will not be held liable for:
    
    1. Delays, losses, or damages arising or caused by third-parties or factors beyond its reasonable control;
    2. Any technical or system errors during the purchase or redemption process.
23. Niets in deze voorwaarden sluit aansprakelijkheid uit voor overlijden, persoonlijk letsel of fraude veroorzaakt door nalatigheid van Runna.
24. Runna does not accept any liability for technical failures, system errors, or interruptions (including, without limitation, those affecting the availability, functionality, or performance of the Runna App or Sweepstake process) that may occur during your use of the Sweepstake. Dit omvat alle problemen die voortkomen uit netwerkconnectiviteit, apparaatcompatibiliteit of software-integraties van derden.
25. Runna is not responsible for, and expressly exclude liability arising from, the distribution, misuse, or miscommunication of this Sweepstake by any Eligible Users or otherwise.
26. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runna excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstake including but not limited to any delay or inability to access the Runna app or services, any loss of enjoyment, anticipated savings, or benefit from the Sweepstake; or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Runna.
27. Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met het Engelse recht en je gaat ermee akkoord je te onderwerpen aan de exclusieve jurisdictie van de rechtbanken in Engeland.
