Runna Levels Discounts & Special Edition Items – Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The host and promoter of the Promotion is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343), a company registered in England with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”). - Promotion Overview
As part of the Runna Levels rewards programme, Runna invites eligible customers to unlock exclusive discounts and special edition items (“Promotional Items”) as they progress through their Runna Levels.
The Promotion aims to reward customers for their ongoing engagement and achievements within the Runna community. - Promotional Period
This Promotion is ongoing but may be offered for a limited time only. Specific offer periods or item availability will be communicated through the Runna app, website, or email (each a “Promotional Period”).
Runna may, in its sole discretion, extend, shorten, or withdraw any Promotional Period. Purchases or redemptions made outside of the designated period will not qualify. - Eligibility
The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over who reside in the United Kingdom, the United States, or the European Union.
EU customers may be subject to customs or import fees on apparel or physical items, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
To qualify, customers must have an active Runna account and meet the Level or purchase requirements as communicated by Runna. - Qualifying Purchases and Rewards
Eligible customers will be entitled to receive discounts or special edition Runna merchandise as they reach qualifying Runna Levels or make qualifying purchases (the “Reward”).
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Runna Bronze or above → Exclusive discounts on selected apparel
- Runna Gold or above → Access to exclusive discounts on selected apparel and special edition Runna gear (e.g., tees, tanks, or hoodies)
- All Rewards are subject to availability, and Runna reserves the right to substitute items for alternatives of equivalent type and value if stock runs out or becomes unavailable.
- How to Redeem
Eligible customers will receive instructions via the Runna app, website, or email when they qualify for a discount or Reward.
To redeem, customers must follow the provided redemption link or enter the provided discount code at checkout during the applicable Promotional Period.
If a customer fails to redeem during the specified period, the Reward may expire, and Runna may not be able to provide it retrospectively. - Additional Terms
a. Rewards, discounts, and special edition items are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
b. Rewards are for personal use only and may not be resold.
c. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
d. In the event of any technical fault, error, or unforeseen circumstance that affects the operation of the Promotion, Runna reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the offer without prior notice.
e. Runna’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding. - Delivery and Fulfilment
a. Delivery - Apparel will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout and shipping will need to be paid for by customers. EU customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties on apparel items, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
b. Returns Policy - We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers will be responsible for the cost of the return and creating their shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
US & Global Returns:

Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer exchanges.
Damages and Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items – We cannot accept returns on sale items, Rewards, or gift cards.
Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Runna will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any Reward, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes Runna’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. - Data Protection
Runna will process your personal data solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at runna.com.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
