Competition Terms - Paris Marathon Levels Raffle

  1. The host and promoter of the Prize Draw is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at Birchin Court 5th Floor, 19-25 Birchin Lane, London, United Kingdom, EC3V 9DU (“Runna”).
  2. There will be two separate prize draws, each associated with a different eligibility tier within the Runna platform. Each draw will produce one (1) winner.

a. Gold & Below Prize Draw

i. Participants at Gold level or below will be entered into the Gold & Below Prize Draw.

ii. The winner of this draw will receive the following (the “Gold Prize Bundle”):

1. One (1) entry to the Paris Marathon 2026;

2. One (1) pair of high-performance running shoes featuring carbon fibre plates (e.g. carbon shoes) of the winner’s choice up to the value of £200;

3. Full Runna kit (top, shorts, socks – winner’s size & style).

iii. No travel or accommodation reimbursement is included in the Gold Prize Bundle.

b. Platinum & Above Prize Draw

i. Participants at Platinum level or above will be entered into the Platinum & Above Prize Draw.

ii. The winner of this draw will receive the following (the “Platinum Prize Bundle”):

1. One (1) entry to the Paris Marathon 2026;

2. Reimbursement of up to £500 for hotel accommodation costs incurred during participation in the Paris Marathon. Reimbursement is subject to the following conditions:

a. The hotel stay must correspond to the dates of the Paris Marathon;

b. Valid receipts must be provided to claim reimbursement.

3. Reimbursement of up to £600 for flights to Paris for participation in the Paris Marathon. Reimbursement is subject to the following conditions:

a. Flights must be booked for travel dates that align with participation in the Paris Marathon;

b. Valid receipts must be provided to claim reimbursement.

4. One (1) pair of high-performance running shoes featuring carbon fibre plates (e.g. carbon shoes) of the winner’s choice up to the value of £200;

5. Full Runna kit (top, shorts, socks – winner’s size & style).

  1. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the Prize (to the extent applicable to their country).
  2. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundles is as follows:

a. Gold Prize Bundle: £445 (approx. $589 USD)

b. Platinum Prize Bundle: £1,545 (approx. $2,033 USD)

c. All federal, state, local taxes and any other costs or expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. If any part of the Prize Bundle (including specific brands, models, or items) is unavailable or cannot be shipped to the winner’s location due to supplier restrictions, local laws, or logistical limitations, Runna reserves the right to substitute the item with an alternative of equivalent type and value. Runna will take reasonable steps to ensure that any substitute is of similar quality, functionality, and brand standard, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
  2. By participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that you have read and understood them.
  3. Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open to all residents worldwide aged 18 or over, except residents of New York, Rhode Island, and Florida, or where prohibited by law. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or ambassadors of Runna, their immediate families, or any other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
  4. The Prize Draw is open from 8th December 2025 and will close at 23:59 (UK time) on 31st December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Runna may extend the Promotional Period at its discretion. Late entries will not be accepted.
  5. To enter the Prize Draw, you must access the Runna offer via the Levels offers page during the Promotional Period and click the “Enter competition” button. 

a. You must be logged into your Levels account in order to view the offers page.

b. When you click the “Enter competition” button, your entry will be recorded and you will be automatically allocated to the relevant prize draw (Gold & Below or Platinum & Above) based on your Runna level at the time of entry.

c. Eligibility for each draw is as follows:

i. Gold & Below Prize Draw: all users at Gold level or below;

ii. Platinum & Above Prize Draw: all users at Platinum level and above.

d. Each eligible user may submit one (1) entry to the Prize Draw. Multiple entries made by or on behalf of the same person (for example using different email addresses or accounts) may result in disqualification.

  1. To enter without using the Levels offers page, you may instead send an email to support@runna.com with your full name, age, country of residence, and “Paris Marathon Levels Raffle” in the subject line. This method of entry is free and will be treated in the same way as entries made via the Levels offers page, including allocation to the appropriate prize draw based on your Runna level (if applicable at the time of processing the entry).
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw. Accessing Levels, including the ability to view the raffle and submit an entry via the Levels offers page, requires an active Runna Premium subscription. Any purchase of Runna merchandise is not required or expected to enter the Prize Draw and will not increase your chances of winning.
  3. Winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place no later than seven (7) days after the end of the Promotional Period.
  4. The winner will be notified within five (5) days of the draw via email.  If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
  5. The Paris Marathon entry is subject to respective terms and conditions of its event organiser.
  6. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, transportation, and other incidentals, are the sole responsibility of the winner.  The winner:

a. is responsible for making all necessary arrangements for travel and accommodation related to participation in the Paris Marathon.

b. agrees to wear the Runna kit during the Paris Marathon; and must comply with the rules and regulations of the Paris Marathon.

  1. Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Runna may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw without prior notice.
  2. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive.  Runna may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw.

  4. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Prize Draw, the decision of Runna shall be final.
  5. Runna reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice.
  6. Runna will use your personal data to administer the Prize Draw and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
  7. Runna does not accept any liability for technical failures, system errors, or interruptions (including, without limitation, those affecting the availability, functionality, or performance of the Runna App or Prize Draw process) that may occur during your use of the Prize Draw. This includes any issues arising from network connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party software integrations.
  8. Runna is not responsible for, and expressly exclude liability arising from, the distribution, misuse, or miscommunication of this Prize Draw by any Eligible Users or otherwise.
  9. Participation in marathon training and a marathon event itself involves inherent risks of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runna shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by the winner arising out of or in connection with the winner’s preparation for, travel to, or participation in the marathon, except where such loss arises from Runna’s gross negligence or fraud. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate and for complying with all event rules, safety instructions and applicable laws. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude Runna’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
  10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runna excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw including but not limited to any delay or inability to access the Runna app or services, any loss of enjoyment, anticipated savings, or benefit from the Prize Draw; or any loss or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Runna.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

  12. A(s) pessoa(s) vencedora(s) será(ão) selecionada(s) em um sorteio aleatório entre todas as inscrições válidas recebidas durante o Período Promocional. O sorteio será realizado no prazo máximo de 14 (quatorze) dias após o término do Período Promocional.
  13. O(s) vencedor(es) será(ão) notificado(s) em até 5 (cinco) dias após o sorteio por e-mail. Se uma pessoa vencedora não responder fornecendo um endereço válido (em um país listado acima) no prazo de cinco (5) dias após esta notificação, ou se recusar o prêmio, ela perderá o prêmio e será realizado um novo sorteio entre as inscrições válidas restantes para selecionar uma nova pessoa vencedora.

  16. No caso de qualquer falha, erro, mal-entendido ou disputa com relação à operação de qualquer parte do Sorteio, a decisão do Runna será final.

  18. Estes termos e condições serão regidos e interpretados de acordo com as leis da Inglaterra e você concorda em se submeter à jurisdição exclusiva dos tribunais da Inglaterra.
