Runna Wettbewerbs-Giveaway
The Host of this Competition is The Run Buddy Ltd. (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ) (the “Host”).
Es gibt keine Teilnahmegebühr und es ist kein Kauf notwendig, um an diesem Wettbewerb teilzunehmen.
Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erklären sich die Teilnehmer/innen mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden und erklären sich mit ihnen einverstanden.
Das Gewinnspiel steht den unmittelbaren Familienangehörigen des Veranstalters und seiner verbundenen Unternehmen, Firmen oder Vertreter (einschließlich Strava) sowie anderen Personen, die beruflich mit der Verlosung verbunden sind, nicht offen.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Beiträge, die im Namen einer anderen Person eingereicht werden, werden nicht akzeptiert und gemeinsame Einreichungen sind nicht erlaubt. Unvollständige, unleserliche, fehlgeleitete oder verspätete Beiträge werden nicht akzeptiert.
To enter the Competition, participants must join and complete the Runna December 400 Minute Challenge (the “Challenge”) on Strava.
The Competition is open to entries from November 31st, 2025 at 12:01am and the closing date is January 6th, 2025 at 11:59pm (the “Entry Period”). Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, die Öffnungszeit des Wettbewerbs zu verlängern.
Every entrant that completes the Challenge will receive an email from Strava containing the below rewards:
- A digital finisher’s badge for their Trophy Case
- A 2-week free trial of Runna (new customers only)
- Automatic entry into a giveaway to win a manchester marathon spot for you and a friend, $500 each for expenses, Full Runna race kit (Vest, Shorts, Jumper) (the “Prize”)
Two winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
The Prize will be communicated and organised through the Host and supplied within 1 month following the provision of the winner’s details.
The winner may reside in any country. If the winner is located outside Runna’s merchandise shipping zones, their race kit will be provided on race weekend. Reasonable expenses of up to USD $500 per person will be covered.
The Host reserves the right to exclude any entries, in their sole discretion, considered to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive and to disqualify any entries if the Host, at their sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Competition.
Im Falle unvorhergesehener Umstände oder von Umständen, die sich seiner Kontrolle entziehen, behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ohne vorherige Ankündigung vorübergehend oder dauerhaft zu ändern oder abzubrechen.
Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Netzwerk-, Computer- oder Softwarefehler jeglicher Art und haftet nicht für verlorene, verspätete oder fehlgeleitete Einträge.
Entrants acknowledge that athletic activities (including, but not limited to, running, participating in the Challenge, or during the fulfilment of the Prize) carry certain inherent and significant risks of property damage, bodily injury or death. Entrants further agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law in their country of residence, to:
- voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities, even if caused in whole or part by the action, inaction or negligence of the Host; and
- release the Host, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, representatives, employees, partners and licensors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with their athletic activities and/or participation in the Challenge and/or the fulfilment of the Prize and promise not to sue the Released Parties in connection with the same.
The Host is not liable for any accident, illness or other force majeure incidents during participation in the Competition or during the fulfilment of the Prize.
Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Host, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition. Über die Entscheidungen des Gastgebers wird keine Korrespondenz geführt.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
