Competition Terms – Manchester Marathon Giveaway (the “Sweepstake”)

  1. The host and promoter of the Sweepstake is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ OR Runna Incorporated (company number X) which is a company registered in Delaware USA and has its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901 (“Runna”).
  2. The winners of the Prize Draw will receive an entry into the  2026 Manchester Marathon.
  3. 賞品は返金、譲渡、交換できず、現金への換金もできません。 賞品に課される税金 (お客様の国で適用される場合) については、お客様が責任を持って支払ってください。
  4. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundle is £99 (approx. $130 USD). すべての連邦税、州税、地方税、およびここに具体的にリストされていないその他の費用や経費は、当選者が単独で負担し、賞品に課される可能性のある税金 (当選者の州や国に適用される範囲で) の支払いについては、当選者が責任を負います。

  2. The Sweepstake is open from 9 December 2025 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 16 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. To enter the Sweepstake, you must like the post, tag someone in the comments, and both be following @runna and @manchestermarathon during the Promotional Period.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.

  1. The winner(s) will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.  The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.
  2. 当選者には抽選後5日以内にEメールで通知する。  当選者がこの通知から5日以内に有効な住所（上記の国）を提供する返事をしなかった場合、または賞品を辞退した場合、賞品は没収され、残りの有効なエントリーの中から再抽選が行われ、新たな当選者が選ばれる。
  3. Runnasは、その裁量により、ほぼ同等の価値を持つ代替賞品を提供することができる。  不測の事態が発生した場合、またはRunnasの合理的な支配の及ばない状況が発生した場合、Runnasは事前の通知なしに一時的または恒久的に本懸賞を変更または中止することができる。
  4. Runnasは、独自の裁量により、不適切、無関係、または不快であると判断したエントリーを除外することができる。  Runnasはまた、独自の裁量により、賞金レースの運営を操作または改ざんしようとする試みがあったと判断した場合、いかなるエントリーも失格とすることができる。
  5. 懸賞のいかなる部分の運営に関しても、過失、間違い、誤解、紛争が生じた場合、Runnaの決定を最終的なものとする。

  7. 本利用規約はイングランド法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。利用者はイングランドの裁判所の専属的管轄権に服することに同意するものとします。
