Competition Terms – Runna Ambassador Giveaway

  1. The host of the Runna Ambassador Giveaway is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Runna”).

  3. The winner of the Ambassador Giveaway will receive an annual Runna Premium subscription.  The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.   1. By entering the Ambassador Giveaway, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Ambassador Giveaway is open to all residents worldwide who are aged 18 and over, except for residents of the states of New York, Rhode Island and Florida or where otherwise prohibited by law.  The Ambassador Giveaway is not open to employees and ambassadors of Runna and their immediate families, as well as any other persons professionally connected with the Ambassador August Giveaway.
  2. The Ambassador Giveaway is open from the date of posting and will close at 23:59 in the UK on the closing date specified by the Ambassador in the promotional post (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. To enter the Ambassador Giveaway, you must sign up for a free trial of Runna Premium via the Ambassador’s referral code during the Promotional Period. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Ambassador Giveaway.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Ambassador Giveaway.  A purchase of a subscription or merchandise from Runna will not increase your chances of winning.

Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Runna may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Ambassador Giveaway without prior notice.
  4. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive.  Runna may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Ambassador Giveaway.
  5. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Ambassador Giveaway, the decision of Runna shall be final.
