‍Competition Terms – Ultimate Running Fit Giveaway (the “Sweepstake”)

  1. The host and promoter of the Sweepstake is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ OR Runna Incorporated (company number X) which is a company registered in Delaware USA and has its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901 (“Runna”).
  2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive the following (the “Prize Bundle”):

    • Satisfy apparel – up to the value of £260

    • Salomon Vest – up to the value of £150

  2. The Sweepstake is open from 4 December 2025 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 9 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. To enter the Sweepstake, you must like the post, tag someone in the comments, and both be following @runna during the Promotional Period.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.

  1. The winner(s) will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.  The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.
  2. 当選者には抽選後5日以内にEメールで通知する。  当選者がこの通知から5日以内に有効な住所（上記の国）を提供する返事をしなかった場合、または賞品を辞退した場合、賞品は没収され、残りの有効なエントリーの中から再抽選が行われ、新たな当選者が選ばれる。
  3. Runnasは、その裁量により、ほぼ同等の価値を持つ代替賞品を提供することができる。  不測の事態が発生した場合、またはRunnasの合理的な支配の及ばない状況が発生した場合、Runnasは事前の通知なしに一時的または恒久的に本懸賞を変更または中止することができる。

  7. 本利用規約はイングランド法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。利用者はイングランドの裁判所の専属的管轄権に服することに同意するものとします。
