‍Competition Terms – Ultimate Running Fit Giveaway (the “Sweepstake”)

  1. The host and promoter of the Sweepstake is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ OR Runna Incorporated (company number X) which is a company registered in Delaware USA and has its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901 (“Runna”).
  2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive the following (the “Prize Bundle”): 
    • 12-month Runna subscription
    • Runna kit - up to the value of £100
    • ON apparel – up to the value of £270
    • Bandit apparel – up to the value of £180
    • Satisfy apparel – up to the value of £260
    • Lululemon apparel – up to the value of £110
    • Nike apparel – up to the value of £100
    • Two pairs of running sneakers – up to the value of £260
    • Arcteryx Beanie – up to the value of £50
    • Salomon Vest – up to the value of £150
    • Nathan Belt – up to the value of £30
  3. The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. You are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your country).
  4. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundle is £1,650 (approx. $2,175 USD). All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specifically listed herein as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and you are responsible for paying any taxes that may be levied on the prize (to the extent there are any applicable to your state and country).

If any part of the Prize Bundle (including specific brands, models, or items) is unavailable or cannot be shipped to the winner’s country or region due to supplier restrictions, local laws, or logistical limitations, Runna reserves the right to substitute that item with an alternative of equivalent type and value. Runna will make reasonable efforts to ensure the substitute is of similar quality, functionality, and brand standard, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

  2. The Sweepstake is open from 4 December 2025 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 9 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. To enter the Sweepstake, you must like the post, tag someone in the comments, and both be following @runna during the Promotional Period.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.

The winner(s) will be notified within five (5) of the draw via email.  If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
  3. Runna may in its discretion offer an alternative prize which will have a broadly equivalent value.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Runna may also modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Sweepstake without prior notice.
  4. Runna may exclude any entries that it, in its sole discretion, considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive.  Runna may also disqualify any entries if it, in its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Sweepstake.
  5. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Sweepstake, the decision of Runna shall be final.

  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

Diese Art der Teilnahme ist genauso gültig und wird genauso behandelt wie die Teilnahme über soziale Medien.
  12. Die Gewinner:innen werden unter allen gültigen Einsendungen, die während des Aktionszeitraums eingehen, per Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt. Die Verlosung findet spätestens vierzehn (14) Tage nach Ende des Aktionszeitraums statt.
  13. Der/die Gewinner werden innerhalb von fünf (5) Tagen nach der Verlosung per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Wenn ein:e Gewinner:in nicht innerhalb von fünf (5) Tagen nach dieser Benachrichtigung eine gültige Adresse (in einem der oben genannten Länder) angibt oder den Preis ablehnt, verfällt der Preis und es wird unter den verbleibenden gültigen Einsendungen ein:e neue:r Gewinner:in ausgelost.
  14. Runna kann nach eigenem Ermessen einen alternativen Preis anbieten, der einen weitgehend gleichwertigen Wert hat. Im Falle unvorhergesehener Umstände oder von Umständen, die außerhalb der Kontrolle von Runna liegen, kann Runna dieses Gewinnspiel auch ohne vorherige Ankündigung vorübergehend oder dauerhaft ändern oder einstellen.
  15. Runna kann Beiträge ausschließen, die es nach eigenem Ermessen für unangemessen, unzusammenhängend oder beleidigend hält. Runna kann außerdem alle Einsendungen disqualifizieren, wenn es nach eigenem Ermessen der Meinung ist, dass versucht wurde, das Gewinnspiel zu manipulieren oder zu verfälschen.
  16. Im Falle von Fehlern, Irrtümern, Missverständnissen oder Streitigkeiten in Bezug auf die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels ist die Entscheidung Runna endgültig.
