Competition Terms – Boston Marathon Giveaway (the “Sweepstake”)

  1. The host and promoter of the Sweepstake is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ OR Runna Incorporated (company number X) which is a company registered in Delaware USA and has its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901 (“Runna”).
  2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive the following (the “Prize Bundle”): 
    1. assinatura de 12 meses do Runna
    2. 1 entry into the 2026 Boston Marathon
    3. Flights covered up to $500
    4. Accommodations covered up to $500
    5. Running watch of choice up to $500

  4. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundle is $1,990 (approx. £1,575).   1. The Sweepstake is open to all residents worldwide who are aged 18 and over. O Sorteio não está aberto a funcionários e embaixadores do Runna e seus familiares imediatos, bem como a quaisquer outras pessoas profissionalmente ligadas ao Sorteio.
  2. The Sweepstake is open from 26 December 2025 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 1 January 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. To enter the Sweepstake, you must fill out the form, like the post, comment, and be following @runna and @bostonmarathon during the Promotional Period.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.
  4. Não há taxa de inscrição e não é necessário fazer nenhuma compra para participar deste Sorteio. A purchase of a subscription or merchandise from Runna will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. To enter without using Instagram, send an email to support@runna.com with your full name, age, country of residence, and “Boston Marathon Giveaway” in the subject line. Esse método de participação é igualmente válido e será tratado da mesma forma que as participações em mídias sociais.

  1. The winner(s) will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.  The selection will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.
  2. The winner will be notified within five (5) of the draw via email.  If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
  3. O Runna poderá, a seu critério, oferecer um prêmio alternativo que terá um valor amplamente equivalente.  No caso de circunstâncias imprevistas ou fora de seu controle razoável, o Runna também poderá modificar ou interromper, temporária ou permanentemente, este Sorteio sem aviso prévio.
  4. O Runna poderá excluir quaisquer inscrições que, a seu exclusivo critério, considere inadequadas, não relacionadas ou ofensivas.  O Runna também poderá desqualificar quaisquer inscrições se, a seu critério exclusivo, acreditar que houve uma tentativa de manipular ou adulterar a operação do Sorteio.
  5. No caso de qualquer falha, erro, mal-entendido ou disputa com relação à operação de qualquer parte do Sorteio, a decisão do Runna será final.
  6. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
  7. Estes termos e condições serão regidos e interpretados de acordo com as leis da Inglaterra e você concorda em se submeter à jurisdição exclusiva dos tribunais da Inglaterra.
