Competition Terms – Boston Marathon Giveaway (the “Sweepstake”)

  1. The host and promoter of the Sweepstake is The Run Buddy Ltd (company number 13135343) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ OR Runna Incorporated (company number X) which is a company registered in Delaware USA and has its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901 (“Runna”).
  2. The winner of the Prize Draw will receive the following (the “Prize Bundle”):

  4. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize Bundle is $1,990 (approx. £1,575).   1. The Sweepstake is open to all residents worldwide who are aged 18 and over. El Sorteo no está abierto a los empleados y embajadores de Runna y sus familiares directos, así como a cualquier otra persona relacionada profesionalmente con el Sorteo.
  2. The Sweepstake is open from 26 December 2025 and will close at 23:59 in the UK on 1 January 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).  However, Runna may extend the promotion at its discretion.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. To enter the Sweepstake, you must fill out the form, like the post, comment, and be following @runna and @bostonmarathon during the Promotional Period.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstake.
  4. No hay cuota de inscripción ni es necesario realizar ninguna compra para participar en este Sorteo. A purchase of a subscription or merchandise from Runna will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. To enter without using Instagram, send an email to support@runna.com with your full name, age, country of residence, and “Boston Marathon Giveaway” in the subject line. Este método de participación es igualmente válido y se tratará igual que las participaciones en las redes sociales.

  1. The winner(s) will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.  The selection will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the Promotional Period.
  2. The winner will be notified within five (5) of the draw via email.  If a winner fails to respond providing a valid address (in a country listed above) within five (5) days of this notification, or declines their prize, they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner.
  3. Runna podrá, a su discreción, ofrecer un premio alternativo que tendrá un valor ampliamente equivalente.  En caso de circunstancias imprevistas o fuera de su control razonable, Runna también podrá modificar o interrumpir, temporal o permanentemente, este Sorteo sin previo aviso.
  4. Runna podrá excluir cualquier participación que, a su entera discreción, considere inapropiada, inconexa u ofensiva.  Runna también podrá descalificar cualquier participación si, a su entera discreción, considera que ha habido un intento de manipular o alterar el funcionamiento del Sorteo.
  5. En caso de fallo, error, malentendido o disputa en relación con el funcionamiento de cualquier parte del Sorteo, la decisión de Runna será definitiva.
  6. Runna will use your personal data to administer the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.
  7. Estos términos y condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de Inglaterra y aceptas someterte a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Inglaterra.
